Joint webinar: Decarbonisation of European Glass Industry

The glass industry is entering a decisive decade on its path toward climate neutrality and circularity. To explore how European research and innovation can accelerate this transition, we are hosting a webinar together with the EU-funded projects H2GLASS and GIFFT on sustainable glass manufacturing and recycling.

🗓️ Date: Tuesday, 2 December 2025
🕑 Time: 14:00–15:30 CET
💻 Location: Online

This 90-minute webinar will showcase how collaborative research is shaping the decarbonisation and circular transformation of the European glass industry. The participating projects range from low to high technology readiness levels (TRL).

What to expect

The session will be moderated by Simone Tiozzo from the SSV Glass Research Centre, who will guide the discussion and help extract key messages. The detailed agenda will be released soon.
